In the border of the residential area of Kos town, on the street to Lambi. The port area is a 10 minute walk.

The large rooms have been recently renovated to a very high standard, with new furnishings and bathrooms, balconies, air conditioning, double shaded glazing and all modern comforts. Some of the rooms are non renovated.

Restaurant
The breakfast and bar area opens to the patio and the pool in front, where the guests can enjoy a light snack, coffee or drinks.
